- jurisdiction-specific interpretation or enforcement outcomes,

If liability cannot be fully excluded under mandatory law, liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TFTIOR and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
11) Confidentiality / No Client Relationship
Contacting us via the Site does not create a client relationship, agency relationship, or fiduciary relationship. Do not send confidential or sensitive information through the Site unless explicitly requested through secure channels.
12) Force Majeure
TFTIOR shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, geopolitical events, regulatory changes, governmental actions, sanctions, embargoes, system outages, cyber incidents, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or failures of third-party infrastructure.
13) Governing Law / Venue
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall lie with the courts of Istanbul (Çağlayan Courts), Turkey, unless mandatory provisions of applicable law provide otherwise.
14) Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
15) Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
